ShipWorks is a label processor and shipping-cost optimisation tool for sellers on Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon. We do two specific things well, and nothing else.
Two problems no one was solving together.
The first problem was the most boring one in Indian e-commerce: every seller, every morning, spending 1-2 hours manually cropping shipping label PDFs. Marketplaces export labels as full A4 PDFs with invoices on the bottom half, labels on top, and marketplace branding around it. Thermal printers can’t print A4. So the seller’s packer ends up cropping page by page in Acrobat or Smallpdf, re-sorting by SKU, then printing — every single day.
The second problem was less obvious but more expensive. Meesho charges shipping based on volumetric weight, calculated from the bounding box around the product in your listing photo — not the actual parcel. A loose, zoomed-out photo pushes your shipping bracket up on every future order on that SKU. The lever is the photo, not the courier negotiation. Most sellers don’t realise this; the ones who do don’t have a way to test 25 photo variants in an afternoon.
ShipWorks started as a label cropper and grew into a margin tool the moment we realised the bigger problem was upstream of the printer.

Razorpay-secured payments
UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets. Every payment is verified with HMAC-SHA256 webhook signatures before access is granted — we never trust client-side payment confirmations.
No hidden auto-charges
Plans are time-bound passes, not recurring subscriptions. Auto-renew is off by default and opt-in. Cancel takes one click from billing.
Refund window on credit packs
Top-up credit packs are refundable on request inside a 48-hour window with usage under 20% of the credits granted — email [email protected] with your payment id. Plan passes are non-refundable once active and run to their natural expiry. Queued plans are refundable any time before they activate.
Privacy by default
We don't run advertising trackers, don't sell data, and don't train AI on uploaded label PDFs. Processed PDFs are deleted on a rolling basis within 30 days. Full details on the Privacy Policy.
