Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free plan is a 7-day pass with every feature unlocked, no credit card needed. Once it ends, pick Starter (28d), Growth (56d), or Yearly (365d) directly — no separate paid-plan trial.

How does the refund policy work?

Top-up credit packs are refundable on request within 48 hours of payment, as long as you've used less than 20% of the credits granted by that pack — email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment id and our team processes eligible requests within 1 working day. Plan passes (Starter, Growth, Yearly) are non-refundable once active and run to their natural expiry. Queued plans are fully refundable any time before they activate. Full details on /refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

Razorpay-backed UPI, credit & debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay / Amex), net banking, and EMI on most banks.

Can I switch or cancel later?

Yes. To upgrade you can either switch immediately (your current pass ends and unused days are credited toward the new one) or queue the new plan to activate when the current pass expires — pick at checkout. Downgrades are queue-only. To cancel, just turn off auto-renew from billing — the pass keeps running until its natural expiry.

Is there a label limit?

Free plan caps at 150 labels (last batch gets a grace overflow). All paid passes — Starter, Growth, and Yearly — are unlimited labels within the validity window. Each pass includes a per-cycle AI scan allowance that expires when the pass ends; pay-as-you-go top-up credits never expire.
