Claim kab raise hota hai?

Jab return shipment mein in mein se kuch ho:

Wrong shipment— tumne kuch bheja tha, wapas kuch aur aaya. Damaged shipment— product toota/kharab haalat mein. Used product — istemaal kiya hua. Missing quantity— jitna gaya tha utna wapas nahi aaya. In sab cases mein tum reimbursement claim kar sakte ho.

Claim kaise raise kare (step by step)

1. Supplier Panel mein left sidebar se Support kholo.
2. Category “Returns & RTO” chuno.
3. Sahi option select karo — jaise “I have received a wrong return” ya “I have received a damaged return”.
4. Disposition (wrong / damaged / used / missing quantity) select karke maangi gayi details bharo aur proof attach karo.

Proof sahi rakho (warna claim reject)
Box kholne se pehlebina ruke ek video banao — usme shipping label clearly dikhe aur dabbe ke saare side dikhein. Phir 3–4 high-quality photos lo: product, packaging, aur shipping label ki. Ye proof hi claim approve karwata hai.

Time limit + kitna milta hai

72 ghante (3 din)— return milne ke itne time ke andar claim raise karna zaroori hai, warna window band ho jaati hai.

Reimbursement — approve hone par tumhe product ki fair value milti hai (tumhari category ke industry benchmark par calculate hoti hai, exact selling price nahi). Paisa approval ke 7 working days mein bank account mein settle hota hai. Ye amount aur baaki deductions tum apni settlement mein dekh sakte ho.
