Meesho me NDR ka matlab hai Non-Delivery Report — jab courier order deliver karne ki koshish karta hai lekin delivery fail ho jaati hai (jaise customer ghar pe nahi tha, address galat tha, ya phone nahi utha), tab Supplier Panel mein NDR status dikhta hai aur seller ko action lena hota hai.

NDR kya hota hai

NDR (Non-Delivery Report) tab banta hai jab courier order deliver nahi kar paata. Yeh delivery ke beech ka stage hai — order abhi RTO nahi hua, par agar resolve nahi hua to RTO ki taraf jaa raha hai. Isliye NDR ko timely handle karna seller ke liye paise bachane waala kaam hai.

NDR kyun aata hai? Common reasons

  • Customer delivery ke time available nahi tha.
  • Address adhura ya galat.
  • Phone switch off / call receive nahi hui.
  • Customer ne delivery refuse kar di.
  • Area non-serviceable / pin code issue.

Supplier panel mein NDR status kahan dikhta hai

Apne Supplier Panelke Orders/Logistics section mein order ka tracking status NDR ya “delivery attempt failed” ke roop mein dikhta hai, reason ke saath. Wahi se tum re-attempt request ya updated details de sakte ho.

NDR aane pe kya karna chahiye

  1. NDR reason padho (address / phone / refused).
  2. Customer se contact ho sake to address/phone confirm karwao.
  3. Courier/Meesho flow se re-attempt schedule karo.
  4. Jaldi karo— har failed attempt RTO ke kareeb le jaata hai.

NDR resolve na ho to kya hota hai (RTO risk)

Agar NDR resolve nahi hua, multiple failed attempts ke baad order RTO(Return To Origin) ho jaata hai — product wapas tumhare paas aata hai aur shipping ka loss hota hai. RTO ka asli cost samajhne ke liye Meesho RTO charges guide dekho. (Yeh RVP se alag hai — RVP delivery ke baad return hota hai.)

  • Customer ko clear, complete address wali listing banao.
