Meesho Settlement Calculator

See exactly what lands in your bank per order — after shipping, 18% GST on shipping, 1% TCS, and 1% TDS. Settlement isn’t profit, and this shows the difference.

Inputs

Your order & Meesho deductions

Defaults are set for Meesho (0% commission, 1% TCS, 1% TDS, 18% GST on shipping). All figures in ₹, per single order.

Enter a selling price to see your settlement amount.

Settlement = selling price − Meesho deductions (not your profit).

Settlement vs profit

The number in your bank isn’t your profit.

Meesho charges 0% commission, so the settlement amount looks high — but it isn’t the full selling price either. Before the money reaches your bank, Meesho deducts the shipping charge plus 18% GST on it, and withholds 1% TCS and 1% TDS.

Some of that comes back: the GST on shipping is input tax credit, and TCS/TDS are credits you adjust in your filings. The calculator splits the deductions into a creditable part and a non-recoverable part so you know your real cash position.

The settlement is still not profit. From it you pay your product cost, packaging, and RTO loss — only what remains is profit. Run the profit margin calculator next, and read the full settlement guide.

FAQ

Settlement, TCS & TDS questions sellers ask.

What is settlement value on Meesho?
Settlement value is the amount Meesho deposits into your bank account after its deductions — shipping, GST on shipping, TCS, TDS, and any commission or fixed fees. Importantly, it is not your profit: your product cost, packaging, and RTO loss still come out of this amount.
How is Meesho settlement calculated?
Start from the selling price, then subtract the shipping charge plus 18% GST on that shipping, then 1% TCS and 1% TDS on the taxable value. Meesho charges 0% commission today, so for most sellers there is no commission line — but the calculator supports it for other marketplaces or special categories.
When does Meesho pay the settlement?
Meesho settles on roughly a 7-day cycle measured from order delivery, and this includes COD orders. So plan your cash flow around that gap — your money is in rotation for about a week before it reaches the bank.
What are TCS and TDS on Meesho?
TCS (Tax Collected at Source, 1% under GST Section 52) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source, 1% under income-tax Section 194-O) are withheld by Meesho as the e-commerce operator. Both are credits you adjust in your GST and income-tax filings — not permanent losses. Confirm the exact treatment with your CA.
Is settlement the same as profit?
No. Settlement is what reaches your bank after Meesho's cut. Profit is what remains after you also subtract your own costs — product, packaging, and amortised RTO. A high settlement can still be a thin or negative profit. Use the profit margin calculator for the real number.
Why is my settlement lower than the selling price?
Because shipping (plus 18% GST on it) and the 1% TCS + 1% TDS are deducted before payout. On heavier or oversized parcels the shipping line dominates — which is why keeping your volumetric weight low directly lifts your settlement.
Does the calculator account for GST input credit?
It separates the creditable portion — GST on shipping/commission plus TCS and TDS — from the non-recoverable cost, so you can see cash-in-hand versus what comes back via filings. The exact credit you can claim depends on your GST return and registration, so treat it as an estimate and verify with your CA.
Is this settlement calculator free and private?
Yes. It is completely free, needs no signup, and runs entirely in your browser — none of your figures are uploaded or stored. Built for Meesho sellers in India.
